Holiday Bliss or Blahs?

The holidays of our childhood were most likely filled with glitter, bright lights and wonderful treats. As an adult, the vision of our childhood is something that we may aspire to provide to others. The bliss felt by those we do it for, may give us the blahs, or create stress. The food must be delicious, the decorations perfect and all our guests satisfied. So much expectation.

OUCH!

The holidays are truly about being together and all the rest is less important. Take care of yourself during this time. Focus on what is important. If you need instant relief from stress, try our Aromatherapy Body Spritzers.
